I'm liking the vocals, the harmonies seem pretty on. I don't like the acoustic guitar sound though, it sounds a bit lifeless.....consider doubling it and panning the two tracks right and left? I'm assuming you recorded it in stereo but it just doesn't sound like an acoustic guitar to me.
Also, the bass needs a bit of a boost.
