Relatively new here, I hope this hasn't come up before. I ran across this Japanese made free software wave editor. I am really enjoying it, very versitile. It has a few quirks like some translation problems with some of the presets but if you listen to 'em ya get the idea of what they do. Small download, runs good. Check it out, see what ya think. Well liked at the ProRec forum.
