Recording Mixers (best choice)

So i have been looking for me and my band usb or firewire mixer to record with for under 1000 even under 600 if possible. We are looking for a usb mixer or even just anthing that can mix atleast 5 tracks at once separately in sonar, pro tools what ever.. especially for drums to put all your toms, bass, and overhead on seperate lines. Plus we want to record the guitars stereo on two separate lines. We originally looked at a Allen and Heath ZED 14 then found that it can only track 2 simultaneously and we can't do that.. Any recommendations for a board, platform, anything would be awesome..

would like for it to work with reason 3.0..
