I am in the midst of mixing down my 9-song project which was recorded at my home using MultiTrackStudio. The preliminary mixes I have done and burnt to CD's have not come out so great. They sound extremely 'flat' with no sonic body to them. Has anyone used this program with any measure of success as far as coming up with a professional-quality product? If so, any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Post one of the mixes in the MP3 clinic here, and you'll be able to get some suggestions as to how to liven it up a bit. Without hearing it, there's very little anyone will be able to helpfully suggest. Sounding "flat" could be any one of a hundred reasons, from being in mono, to having no low end, or being heavily overcompressed.

We need to hear it!!
