Looking for mixer with direct outs

I'm buying an M-Audio Delta 44 and now I'm in need of a mixer to use as preamp. What I would like, just for convenience, is if it had direct outs on each channel. What I found though is that most budget mixers (mackie 1202/behringer/soundcraft compact/etc.) do not have this.
Anything else out there?

BTW I need it to have 4 mic inputs.

You can use the inserts to get the same thing.
Just click the cable in until it clicks once, and you have a direct out.

some of the behrigers do have direct outs. i have a 2442 and it has 8 outs.

technically, it has 8 direct out, 4 buss paralleled to 8 outs, stereo buss, and 4 aux sends.

i have the Spirit Folio SX and that has 8 dedicated direct outs right above the channels - i use them mainly for recording drums and they work realy nicely.

don't think the SX is too expensive either as it doesn't have all those daft multi-effects units on that some of the new Spirits have.

Yup--I have a Mackie 1202vlz and use standard mono 1/4" cables at the first click in the inserts to send to my MOTU 828. It has four inserts, so you should be fine. Good luck.
