Izotope Ozone 3 plugin - latency problems?

I threw the Izotope Ozone 3 plugin on a vocal track and used the Vocal treatment preset - it sounds pretty good. However, it makes the track latent by a second or two. I think it may have something to do with the Harmonizer section. Anyone explore this issue or is this native to using a harmonizing plugin?

I use an Ozone plugin on a single track very rarely. But when I have, I process it first, save it as a new track, and import it into my mixing software (N-Tracks Studio).

I don't know if it's specifically designed to be a real time plug-in, but I may be wrong.

I find Ozone much better for mastering than track plug-in.

Many "mastering" plugins that do heavy calculations have a built in latency that the host software cannot fix.

I am sure Ozone tech support can tell you what the exact latency time is.
