I'm working in an old Cakewalk sequencer (GT Pro 2) as it's just the most comfortable work flow for me. I'm exporting the vocal as a wav file & it comes back lower in volume when I reimport. I thought it was the application I sent it to for processing but it happens even if I export/import without sending to another application. Do I have to adjust settings or something first before export? I can't imagine why this happens. Thanks!!
