Are you recording to a click? To me, it feels a little uneven, rhythmically.

There's some background noise that's noticeable at the beginning and end especially. If you're adding more instruments and vocals later it's not quite as much an issue but in something as exposed as a solo acoustic guitar I'd try to find a way to reduce that if possible. If you're recording acoustic guitar, are you recording the amp? Why not just the guitar itself? The guitar sounds good otherwise.
 
Yeah, what's the amp for? There's too much reverb for my taste - but I can't tell if some of it is the room you are tracking in. Some compression to even out the fingerplaying would be good.
