    I find low shelves to be appropriate about as often as bell or high pass in mixing. Sometimes a combo of high q dips for specific fixes plus a self for the general low level.
    Hmm. Seldom on top though. Not sure why. Maybe on top I tend to not look for that broad of a stroke?
