I really dont know why, but when i do the mixdown and burn it in a CD, the music change a little. I work with Nuendo 2. I.E. the sanre it sounds a little light, different that when i listen running in the program. Thanks.

If you're burning to CD audio...the quality has to change regardless.

So if your recording in 24-bit definition...the burner will step it down to 16-bit.

CD players can't read anything above 16-bit @ 44khz

A feature called "Dithering" will help combat this drastic change in quality.

All it does is add a speacial low level noise which acts sort of like a filter to unwanted noise in your mix.

This is something I've dealt with myself as a professional in the field.

Are you saying the CD snare sounds a little light when played on the same system that you are monitoring Nuendo on ? Or are you taking the CD somewhere else and listening to it ?
