Help - Mastering a Podcast with different voices

Hello.
I'm recording different people for a podcast, usually one person in each episode.
Each episode consists of a few chapters, so in order to maintain a unified volume, I'm using the Adobe Audition's Match Loudness tool, with a value of [-25 LUFS].
This tool works well when dealing with one person, but when I'm playing different episodes with different people talking, there is inconsistency between the loudness of the episodes.

Is there a way to deal with it? Can I do it with Adobe Audition, or do I need a different tool?
Waiting for your ideas, and let me know if you need more details.

If you don't have individual voices on individual tracks, you're going to have to rely on manual adjustments or at the very least, some mild compression.
