Check my master example for some advices

I am trying to create my own record. I use recording USB sound card with instrument input (Behringer 16bit/48kHz) for intruments recording (bass, guitar) and midi drummer in my DAW (Studio one).
I use multiple amp simulators (Amplitube4) and mixing/master tools (EZmix,Waves).

Please check my sample mp3. I am not satisfied, because there is some noise and some "high pain frequencies" I cant identify and repair. It is better to buy direct box before I put guitar to sound card? Or could you give me some advices?

Thank you!

Pete.

I had a quick listen.

THere is some grittiness on left and right which probably comes from the guitars. It's a bit uncomfortable to listen to.

There doesn't appear to be a lot of bottom end in the mix . . . kick drum and bass are not very prominent.

If the interface has an instrument input, then it's ok to go through that. Going through a DI is a reasonable thing to do.
