I've nearly finished a dance track and so far the response has been good when people have heard the unfinished piece. I also posted it and had really good feedback.
I'm a bit confused about the next stage. I know my finished piece won't be professional sounding track but should I go ahead and start promoting it, or try and get it mastered?
I'm thinking of trying to send it to various Djs and labels.
I'd be really grateful for any advice regarding all this.
