I've always liked how a good female vocalist sits in a heavier mix.

Like the man said, he's showcasing.

What bothers me about stuff like this isn't the self-promotion, but the fact that the video steals the show from the music. Brilliant and engaging as it is, the music's actually better. Not because the video portion lacks production values, but because it lacks finesse. The video message is heavy-handed in many segments, whereas the music just rock along in quality.

I'm gonna have to do something about this.

Personally I would like the guitars a bit more upfront.
The song is fucking awesome! The video is also very well done. The sifi effects are a very nice addition.
The video is very Tim Burton-ish. :)

Moved it to the Marketing Publicity forum. I didn't put it in the Show Off thread because of the numerous replies. I also cleaned it up a bit.
