Progressive Acoustic Album (your opinions please!)

Last year I finished recording my first acoustic album 'Songs for Ray'.
I used a Micro BR 8-track to capture the tracks and Audacity software on my computer for Mixing.
Stylistically, it is a medley of Latin, Classical, Blues and Rock - in odd time signatures.

You can hear it on Youtube at 'Finger Picking Good - Songs For Ray'

I would love to hear people's thoughts on it - it took a long time!

Thank you...
Finger Picking Good :)

(P.S. My dog sings on one of the tracks)

I just listened to a few songs off the album and I like the sound. What was your recording setup to capture the guitar? I like how bright the mids sound, but some of the bass punch got lost. Overall you style would works, and would really sound great with the right accompaniment.

Would you mind listening to some of the clips of my more recent project?
It's called 'Point of Balance', and its much denser instrumentally. Hopefully the problems with the low end you mentioned have been smoothed out.

Thank you very much for the feedback :)

Interesting. On your Songs for Ray EP the bass is superb!

The newer stuff is less bass-y, but it works well...as you say - much richer sonically
