Win 2k on dual boot

Here I go beggin' again. I have just formated my HD and partitioned it using efdisk (from Masterbooter) for FAT 32x. I try to run setup on my new and legal W2k disk and get invalid file message. If I run setup from a Win 98 disk everything goes fine. I'm stumped.
 
Just a quick guess, since you didn't specify the precise error message; are you running the wrong setup program? If you're installing on a blank drive from a command prompt you need to run winnt.exe in the i386 directory. I believe there's a win32 setup executable on the disk that would give you some kind of error if you tried to run it in DOS mode.

Thanks guys or. Diragor was right. Why the hell didn't Msoft reference this anywhere. It's not in the book that came with the disk and I hav'nt found any thing about winnt.com on their website. Must be some kind of secret handshake or something.
