I use a PC, REAPER, AmpliTube, DKFH and a behringer USB interface to record and my level never seems to be up high enough. While recording, the levels look very small and are real smooth as opposed to taking up the whole bar and having sharp points...if that makes any sense...
It doesn't sound bad, but it doesn't have much sustain or oomph to it.
I was wondering what a good DI pedal/box would be for this situation. I want cheap, decent and nothing fancy. Just a simple volume boost really, but completely clean. Can anyone recommend anything?
