Help! Help! I am in need of a simple (hopefully low cost) video capture card that is Windows NT 4.0 compatible. It must have a composit video input jack. All I need to do is attach a small camera to capture streaming video for our website. I have looked a some from Pinnscle systems that start at around $600, but I am hoping one is available that is less costly.

Check out the ATI AllInWonder 128. It should do al you want and is WAY under $600 - I think it is about $200.

Yup, the All-in-Wonder 128 is around $200 for the 32 MB version, maybe $150 or less for the 16 MB version...

but does it do NT? Not sure -- mine is on Win98.
