Hey guys.
Looks like it's time for me to upgrade my recording PC again. My current setup is a P4 2.5Ghz with a Tascam FW-1884 which has been working well for me. The only reason I would be upgrading is because someone will be buying the old PC from me and I'll basically only have to dish out about $20 (I already have a new case and hard drives).
Anyway this is what I was thinking of.
Intel P4 3.2G "540" LGA775 1m/L2/800FSB
ASUS P5P800 865PE GBLAN SATA 8X 5 PCI
DDR400 PC3200 512MB CRUCIAL 16T x2 (total of 1Gb)
PCI 3 port FW card
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this combo or heard of any issues.
