Are these good specs for a recording pc to use with cubase le?

Hi, I'm planning on setting up a recording pc with Cubase LE, using either a zoom recorder as an interface or a focusrite scarlett. I don't do much midi, I'm pretty much recording audio tracks, usually around 20 to 25 a project. Are these specs ok for the pc?

Dell Optiplex 780 DT PC Core 2 E8400 3.0GHz 4GB Ram 160GB HDD DVD Windows 7 PRO
Hard Drive: 160GB 7200RPM SATA
DVD ROM Win 7 Pro 32bit with Restore Disk
