Task Manager in PC using 30% CPU on Windows Image Acquisition

I'm running an ASUS desktop PC (Windows 10 Home), i7 3770 4 cores 8 threads, and it's always running something in the background. So I checked Task Manager and there is a Service Host: Windows Image Acquisition running 30% of the CPU power all of the time. Does anyone know what's going on with this? Should I end this task or not touch it?

Do you have a scanner attached? WIA is an imaging software interface. If you use a scanner or camera that has been installed but not running, it can sometimes get screwed up.
