I want to record mp3 or wav from my computer to cassette by connect from SB lIve! speaker out to DCC in of my Stereo.. Unfortunately the level is very low! (SB LIvE! has no amp.) So what should I do? How to make it louder? The level in my computer is set the highest and it still very low.. (I once use it before and it didn't low like this)

Don't use the speaker out, use the line out as that is a perfect level match to any stereo line input. You may have to adjust the volume level from your computer via software, see https://homerecording.com/one_minute_digital.html

Yes , Speakerout is the same as Line-Out.. I use it, though. But it still very low.. And I've set the level in my win98 Volumn Control and SB LIve! Mixer as highest..
