rack mount drive

I am wondering if someone makes these? Not a rack chassis that holds an entire system, just one drive. I want to rack mount a external SCSI CD-ROM drive. I don't want to spend the dough on a full-on computer case that is RM, just a rack face plate, basically, with a rectangle punched for a 5.25" drive and little brackets to hold the sucker. Is there an item made like this? Or would I just be better off getting one of those universal rack shelves and screw the drive onto that?

There are definetly rack monted drive cases but they're generally for housing an entire RAID setup. Probably not a cost efficient way to mount a single drive.
 
When I did a search with Google, I had a couple of hits with "Glyph" in the URL, but they were dead links. I'll keep looking -
