Plugins: Can I install to one OS install partition and use on another?

I have two XP installs on my PC. I have a partition for each.

the first is my regular XP install, the second is a stripped down DAW install on the other partition. I can chooses which to boot into at startup.

I have Cubase installed on each.

Would it be possible to install my plug ins to the first OS and use those installations on my DAW OS as well?

Sorry if thats confusing.

Im talkaing about EZ drummer and a few WAVES plugs that I own.
