Hi
Im a newbie here, Ive had a look through the forum to find out the info I need but I cant seem to find it anywhere.. so, thought I'd post my problem up and see if anyone can help..
My set up is pretty simple, I have an SE X1 mic running through an Alesis MultiMix 6 USB mixer into my PC. I'm recording with Adobe Audition and using ASIO4ALL as my audio driver (but the problem is also there when using 'Audition 3.0 Windows Sound')..
Basically, everytime I press play in audition (even if theres no audio in there), I get a horrible high pitched noise with a bit of hiss. At first i thought it might have been on my vocal takes but Ive bounced them down and when played back in windows media player theyre clean with no noise.
So im certain its a problem within Audition.. something I havent configured right?
Any help would be much appreciated!
