PCI card for 2nd interface ????

Currently using a Tascam DM3200 as a FireWire interface to record up to 16 tracks at once.
I also have a 8 channel Focusrite Dynamic OctoPre which feeds the Dm via Toslink optical cable. This takes up some of those 16 recording sends...

ANY SUGGESTION on a PCIe card that can take the 8 Focusrite channels (via optical) and go directly into PC via PCIe card, allowing 24 simultaneous recording tracks...16 from Dm and 8 from Focusrite??

This is going into a new build Win 10 professional 10th gen Intel i9 3.6Ghz 10 core using Reaper DAW.
 
I don't have a suggestion for a PCIe card, but most DAW software will not allow for multiple input sources. There are some that do, so be sure you have the right software.
