Output signal with overdrive

Hello.
Faced a problem when using the Roland Rubix 24 audio interface.
The output signal of the connected electric guitar has a slight overload even on a clean signal when the input signal level knob is twisted to zero.
When monitoring the incoming signal, it goes without overload.
Reinstalling the driver and other settings did not help.
Can you tell me if this is a software problem or a hardware one?
The problem arose suddenly, previously everything was in order.

Is this a guitar with active pickups (battery powered)? If so, I have heard of some inputs on some devices having this problem, the easy solution is to put a stompbox without true bypass in the signal chain.
