I still use a M-Audio Delta 66 audio interface in my meager home studio.
I only record 1 to 3 tracks at a time (1 mic and/or DI for guitar and vocal).
The Delta 66 is presently installed in a Win 7 32 bit computer and everything still works fine after many years of use.
Since MicroSoft no longer supports Win 7, my Win 7 computer is no longer connected to the internet and I recently purchased a Win 10 64 bit computer for online use. The Win 10 computer is not necessarily for music related purposes but I'm now thinking it might be a good time to upgrade to an external audio interface and use it on the Win 10 computer.
I've been looking at the Motu M4 and Focusrite 8i6.
Are these new audio interfaces a worth while improvement over my Delta 66 ?
