Why might my sound device send MIDI signals, but not receive from my keyboard (CASIO CZ-101)? Computer says (WIN 98)my sound device (CRYSTAL cr42s37b) is working properly,and the joystick-to-in/out cables works on my old 386 w/ soundblaster card ?
I'm just short of delving into PC- based studio recording but would feel better if the demo worked with something as simple as MIDI input.
