I did with the old version of the mixer.
USB from the mixer to the computer. Select the Mackie as your audio input device. I don't think that there are any Mackie drivers to download, but may be wrong. Note that you can only get two channels at one time to the computer (left and right). To record 2 separate tracks, pan one Mackie channel left, the other right, and select the left and right inputs in separate tracks in Reaper.
