Hi guys
im recording a band and we were going to record guitars with a borrowed Focusrite Scarlett 8i6
but the owner of the interface will be gone for some time
I know this interface can record with a freceuncy up to 96khz, but we are going ro record in 44.1khz for compability reasons, the drums were recorded in 44.1khz.
I know it has more mic inputs than the lexicon alpha, it has phanton power and the alpha doesnt, some other things are better.
But is there a difference in the audio quality even if both are recording on the same rate (44.1khz) ??
