FInally freed from Creative HELL! life after?

I finally got fed up with my Audigy Plat Ex (I know I am a sucker). SO I bought an Audiophile, zzounds.com is selling them for only $150!!. Now I have to get rid of the creative. I am thinking either an ad in the college newspaper (only 1.50) or doing the Ebay thing. The only problem is that the card never worked porperly on my machine, so is it considered "broken"? It is too late for me to send it back to the place I bought it from. So the only way to get my money back is to sell it. any comments on what I should do?

Is it still under warranty ???
Send it back for a replacement if so.
When you get the new one, dont open the box !!
Put it on ebay new & sealed and you will get top dollar for it !!!
