Dif bit rates/sampling rates in one mix??

Is it bad to have dif bit rates and sampling rates within one mix?

For example, tract#1 at 24/96, #2 at 16/44.1, #3 at 24/44.1


Bad?? I am getting some weird pops/clicks right now that didn't happen before, and I was wondering if this was my problem.

Could be.

What gets sent out has to be a single sampling rate and bit depth, so software that allows you to mix audio data at different sampling rates and/or bit depths must convert on the fly to make them all the same at the output.
