Can anyone tell me how to set my computer to be able to play compressed wav files? I think it's the same as MP3 because when I change extension to MP3 instead of WAV my computer can play it.. But I have to stay .WAV becuz I want to use these file with ICQ and It can't handle MP3.. So anyone can suggest me how to do it? I was able to play this format before but I don't know why after I reinstall my Win98 it turn out like this..
