I did a search for an answer and thread #76699 was relevant but also confused me a little.
I want to record in mono, and I'm wondering which of the following if any I should use to hook up my Audio Buddy's output (1/4" mono) to my Revo's input (1/8" stereo):
A) 1/4" to 1/8" mono cable with a 1/8" mono to 1/8" stereo adapter (RadioShack 42-2433 w/ 274-374).
B) 1/8" to 1/8" stereo cable with a 1/8" stereo to 1/4" mono adapter (RadioShack 42-2607 w/ 274-348).
I'd really appreciate it if someone would tell me which would be best and why, because I have no clue -- up till now, I always thought mono cables were what doctors used to restrain patients who'd contracted the notorious Kissing Disease.
