Asio Multimedia setup, Cubase/Nuendo users

This maybe a stupid thread, but i dont find anything to help me out!

I am trying to understand the ASIO multimedia setup more.
The help that is provded s in german (steinberg) and it's not helping me at all!

DMA blocks, card inputs, sync reference, WTF?

Anyone has some pinpointers on how to set it up properly!
THe other thing is that i have my FF800 setu already and it runs like a charm!

I dont know how exactly the AIO multimedia affects it, but i would liek to find out!

I wouldn't worry with the Steinberg ASIO drivers.
I would think that the RME drivers would be much more suited for the FF800.
