I have been doing some editing and and other things in abelton . I have a version which came with the M adio USB transit interface which I have used , largely to load mixes which are mixed down to DAT, before burning a cd in my computer.
I had the program tell me the other day "a serious program error ' had occurred . I id what it suggested - shut down and started again. I now get a digital glitch type noise in any wav files I have used the ableton "render to disc" function on - This doesnt show up , however , if I take the song (as recorded into ABleton from the DAT )and play them from the open abelton session - If I re-record an eited song into another abelton session and thes drag the resultant wav file to my computer file "my music " I can make a glitch free CD from there . Any suggestions as to what I can do ? I have tried higher latency (as I am not playing along with these takes ) - nothing have tried helps.
