Does look nice.
I still think a nice close shot of the heads should be included in all tape deck sales.
 
I have serious 388 Lust.

I'd be a fool to buy one, though, since my M-520 and 48-OB are "superior", but...

No-one can deny the coolness of a 388 :)

I'm in Pa. my friend,...a long ways away from
that beautiful 388.

I have close to 6 bills to play with,..
But I don't see that being enough to
offer for the deck, and shipping.

I just figured I'd post it,..so some other fellow
H.R.com analog lovers, would / might be able to
sweep it up.

I've been waitin' a looooong time to see one
in decent condition, like this one.
Everyone, that I do see,..Is pretty much worked over,
or has somethin' wrong with it.

Guess I'll just keep waitin' til one like that
one, shows up on the east coast.:(
 
That unit weighs 85-90 lbs and if not shipped in a properly made wooden crate it will arrive in pieces!

$100 won't cover the freight on it either.

Look more local unless you want to spend a few hundred plus on shipping plus the cost of packing!

I hear that!!!

That's why I haven't contacted the seller
to even try, and make an offer.
Some people just don't care too much after
they get your money. Very few...that do.

Eventually,...I'm sure I'll run across one,
but it'll probably be a time when the funds are low.
Then I'll end up selling off a piece of prized gear to get it!:mad:
