If the unit sells for 40 dollars and because it has a sturdy handle on it to attach a long rope to, I would consider it to be a competitive and useful product in the boat anchor category of product.

Actually that is a rare model, not many around anymore.
Reminds me about Wollensack, they have a similar model, pretty to look at but almost useless....
