studer b67, pin 2 hot?

Hi all,
I'm going to pick up a Studer B67 this evening and i was just wondering if anyone here knew which pin is 'hot' 2 or 3?

also, anyone else here in a situation where most of their gear is pin 3 hot?
it seems i'm living in the ampex-centric past.

dunno about the Studer, but I, as you know, can relate to the pin 3 hot debacle with my 48 and 58...made special interface snakes for the 58 that flip 2 and 3.

Started reading the manual for the M520 last night...haven't gotten very far yet...is the M520 pin 3 hot??

Hey, on the Studer, have you thought about just calling Studer? Is there no manual with it?

Is that a 1/4" or 1/2" deck? Congrats on it...that should be a real nice compliment to your setup.

I don't know what he's got, but the B67 was 1/4" by default. A lot of people do or did buy them for 1/2" conversions, though - if you see a 1/4" B67 headblock for sale on ebay, that's often where it came from.
