Send output jack

The send output jack on my Ramsa board has two inputs (L,R 1/4). I'd like to use this for sending audio to as many as 3-4 headphones. Do I need a headphone amp? If so, could someone point me to a reliable one?

I assume that all the headphones need only receive the same mix and not dedicated mixes (in which case you'd use the auxiliary outs and need an amp with direct inputs for each headphone channel)

...Yes you need a headphone amp, and there are many on the market to choose from. I can suggest the Rane HC4 or Presonus HP4...both are simple, reliable units for single stereo or mono mixes to four sets of headphones.
