Does anyone want to add what they know to a list of decks that were used in popular recordings. We could have a big archive here if others want to add to it. I'll start with what I know (or what I think I know) and anyone who can please add to it, make corrections or help be more specific.

Jeffrey Hunt - "This is the Best Album You'll Ever Hear" - Tascam 34b, Otari MX5050 MKIII-2

Oh, wait... ;)

And last but not least lets not forget the Off White album by Dave mania.

Mostly recorded on tascam 424 mkIII;)

Do you remember what Dire Straights "brothers in arms" was recorded on? .
Nop. Nor I ever remembered it as I was not there. heh heh
According to this source:
"..."Thanks to Mark, that album [Brothers In Arms] was among the first to be recorded on a Sony 24-track digital tape machine," explains Neil Dorfsman. "One of the things that I totally respected about him was his interest in technology as a means of improving his music. He was always willing to spend on high-quality equipment, and I actually remember the night he made the decision to try digital."

My comment to the above: "Uh, Mark, you poor soul. May God Have mercy on You." :p
