Hey guys. I just wanted to let people know that I am parting out my Tascam 38-8. I ended up deciding to part it out when I broke a solder/wire for the head. One of the record heads has 1 wire on the little pin connector thing that is broken off.
I have already sold most of the outside cosmetics of the machine except the faceplate. What I have is mainly the internalls. All the pc boards and switches and gizmos and dwire harness and partially broken set of heads that would probably be an easy repair (especially since I already have a replacement pin dealio). Basically I got too many odds and ends to go ebay so I figured I check here...
