Just got a TEAC A-3440 for free

And I'm very excited. Already have a 3340 Simulsync, so now I can bounce tracks between the two and not be limited by 4 tracks. The new deck works really well. The only problem is that the pause doesn't work, but I can live with that since it was free. Anybody else use the A-3440 and like it? Thoughts?

I used to work with a dual 4 track set up and really liked the ability to fill up 4 tracks on the first one and then bounce in stereo to the second deck and add two more tracks and that way, keep the entire project in stereo but, generational loss was an issue so we used to try to keep it to two bounces otherwise things could get really weird in the bottom end as both machines warm up the bass range a bit and the dbx tracking could get a bit breathy if not carefully adjusted for at each bounce stage.

Cheers! :)
