thanks for all the advice guys.

i haven't got tape through it yet but it was best case ever so far…

All the lights do light up and it turns out the guy really didn't have a clue when he sold it as "not functioning"

I engaged the tape "Tension arm?" pressed play all functions play perfectly, fast , slow all fine.

i looked under the little head bay Three heads they look nearly unused .....Well they look silver and nice with all the line as such.

the pinch roller I’m assuming that’s the wheel with the rubber on it is solid and unworn.

it really in very very good condition overall and i got it for $120 Australian.
and a drive to vineyard country!

Can’t wait to use it now but I only have one Large tape holder to mount. I’ll find one you guys are great thanks again.

Great news and a great score!!

If the rubber pinch roller and capstan belt were not recently changed you may want to consider getting a replacement along with a service manual. That's pretty much standard.

That sounds like a great deal!

Now, you either score the NAB hub adapters, or start out on 7" reels in the meantime. Have fun!
