    how is the MQ1?

i cant find much about it anywhere on the net.

right now i got my 2 channels with my dmp2, and anything else i have to use my behringer mx802a (shiztey)...

I was wondering what people have thought about the MQ1...and how it works "in the computer"..i mean, how can you get to the back of the unit if it's in the comp..! haha. or does it all hook up internally or what? if anyone finds an article about it, they can link that here too...but i'd really like to hear from somebody who has it! haha. how is it as pre!

I sometimes save info/manuals of gear on my webserver for my own convenience.. and you're in luck. I happen to have the page about the MQ1 that used to be on joemeek.net
It will give you an idea of what it is and how to hook it up.

shack, it's the same pre as in the VC3 and VC3Q.
There are detailed reviews of each of the above at www.sospubs.co.uk/search
Just enter "VC3" and/or "VC3Q in the search field.

You can also e-mail Alan Hyatt at www.pmiaudio.com with questions (he owns the company).
I think there are some demo MQ1's still left at www.joemeek.com BTW.
