Antares atr 1a wont power on! Help!!

My atr 1a is off i cant get a response from it could this be the plug or something more serious l? Please help!!!!

Check that the power supply is plugged in properly at both ends.

If you have a multimeter, check that there is voltage on the plug that goes into the ATR.

Does the power supply have a fuse? If so, check that.
