midi to wav

Hey how do i get my midi tracks from my suzuki keyboard to my computer to burn onto a cd. I have a sblive soundcard, amd k-6 2 400mz, 64mb ram, 10 gb hd. I also have cakewalk pro audio 9. Which I have no idea how to use. I record a lot on my keyboard and would like to be able to transfer the songs to my computer to try and burn to cd. Could someone tell me how.

If you like the Suzuki sounds and don't mind the exhaust fumes, run the line out from the Suzuki to the line in on your SB/Live and record the MIDI track as a .wav file. You should be able to set MIDI tracks to play while an audio track records. The burn to CD is easy once you've got your finalized version of the .wav file.
