Midi tempo problem, please test this file for me

Hi, the midi drums and other instruments sound really bad on this file. The drums keep swinging in and out of time and the strings seem to play to late sometimes. Can you check it out on your cubase copy please? There are tempo changes and time signature changes so it makes it really hard to record on top of it with the tempo being bad. Thanks.

p.s. it plays fine in sibelius but not in cubase SE

What copy of cubase are you running? And are you playing the MIDI in directly through a keyboard? What interface are you using? (if your using one.)

im using cubase SE (im one of the few honest ones not using an illegal copy of SX for such a small studio)
I am just running the windows synth sounds, they sound horrible, especially in cubase. I do use an edirol FA101 for my audio output but no midi is connected to this. I do not use a keyboard, all music is extracted from sibelius.
