Arpeggiation/Sync/Slave unit transmit problem.

I don't post much, but I would really appreciate any information on this, I am short on options/patience at this time.
Setup: Korg N5 as a master, controlling Roland TD-7 via transm. ch 10.
All that is sipposed to be synchronized to Cakewalk ProAudio 9 Via MIDI to USB port, and the clock does work. You see the LED (on Arpeggiator,N5) sync up to whatever Bpms you choose on Cakewalk, but the sounds don't keep on triggering - after one repeat, everything stops. Also, the data does come thru to the Cakewalk, but will have no sound, unless the Arpeggiator is ON. And this is the best case scenario - I'll spare you from telling more about some extraordinary senseless crap that has happened with this setup. Please let me know anything that may help - this means a world to me.

is the sequecer running the whole time (it can be looped), a sequencer won't sent MTC unless it is running. You may want to consider using a soft arp since it will do a better as far as running on time
